Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

1 packet Ideal Protein Apple Oatmeal

2 egg whites

75-100 mL water

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start with 75mL water and add more until you reach desired consistency

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles. Pour ½ of mixture into pan. Cook until the edges look dry, approximately 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes on the other side.
