1lb ground sirloin

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1.2 tsp salt

½ tsp onion powder
-
1 egg
-
Cherry tomatoes
-
Dill pickles, sliced into rounds

Lettuce, chopped

Any other toppings you may like
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F

Combine the ground sirloin with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and egg in a bowl.

Use a tablespoon to help for your mini patties. Each patty should use around a tablespoon of the mixture. Place the patties on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

Give the patties a moment to cool before handling

Assemble the burgers using your favourite toppings and a toothpick to hold it all together.

Serve with low carb dips
