Ingredients

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp almond flour

1 tbsp oat flour

2 tbsp coconut sugar

½ tsp baking powder

Pinch of cinnamon

1 egg white
-
2 tbsp mashed carrots
-
1 tbsp shredded carrots
-
1 tbsp almond milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a loaf pan.

Whisk together all flours, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl combine egg white, carrots and milk.

Add to dry ingredients.

Pour into a loaf pan and bake 12 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
