Ideal Protein Phase:
•1 head cauliflower
•1 tbsp oregano
•½ tbsp basil
•1 tbsp onion powder
•½ tsp red pepper flakes
•salt and pepper to taste
•Preheat oven to 425°F
•Microwave cauliflower for ten minutes. Transfer to a food processor and puree to smooth.
•Bring cauliflower to room temperature, then cool in refrigerator ten minutes.
•Once cooled, mix in the rest of the ingredients.
•Place cauliflower on a greased cookie sheet and pat down to about ½ inch thick.
•Bake 25 minutes until slightly brown.
•Remove from oven and turn to broil. Cut cauliflower into sticks and flip over. Place back in the oven until both sides are brown and crispy.
