Ideal Protein Phase:
•1 medium cauliflower
•Preheat oven to 350°F
•Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
•Boil 2 cups water.
•“rice” cauliflower in food processor or with cheese grater.
•Boil five minutes.
•Drain cauliflower using strainer with tea towel.
•Combine cauliflower and eggs. Spread mixture on baking sheet.
•Bake 20 minutes.
•Add veggie toppings and return to oven for twenty minutes.
