Ingredients

•1 package IP South west cheese curls, crushed

•6-7 ounces chicken cut into stripes

•1 egg beaten

Directions

•Preheat oven to 400°F

•Dip chicken in egg, then coat with Southwest  cheese curls.

•Lay on baking sheet and bake twenty five minutes, turning once half way.

•Serve with Walden farms blue cheese dip and rutabaga fries.
