Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs

Ingredients

1 Ideal Protein milk or dark chocolate pudding mix

1 Ideal Protein chocolate chip pancake mix

1 tsp baking powder

⅓ cup liquid egg whites

1 tsp olive oil
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 tbsp water
-
1 tbsp walden farms peanut butter

1tbsp walden farms chocolate syrup

1 Ideal Protein peanut butter bar
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut peanut butter bar in 6 pieces. Set aside

In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients; stir to mix. Batter will be thick

Line a muffin tray with 6 muffin liners and spray lightly with cooking spray

Divide half the batter evenly among the 6 muffin cups. Place the peanut butter bar pieces in the centre of each cup, pressing down into the batter.

Distribute the remaining batter into the cups on top of the bar pieces

Bake 10-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
