Cruciferous Veggie Stir fry


  • 2 cups cruciferous vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, brussel sprouts, cabbage, kale)

  • 2 tbsp olive/grape seed oil

  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 inches ginger, minced

  • ½ lime, juiced


  • Heat a large wok over medium heat. Add oil.

  • Add garlic and ginger. Cook 2 minutes stirring continuously.

  • Add in vegetables and cook 5 minutes.

  • Add soy sauce and lime juice. Let simmer 5 minutes, until veggies are fully cooked.
