Cruciferous Veggie Stir fry

Ingredients

2 cups cruciferous vegetables (Broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, brussel sprouts, cabbage, kale)

2 tbsp olive/grape seed oil

¼ cup low sodium soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 inches ginger, minced

½ lime, juiced
Directions

Heat a large wok over medium heat. Add oil.

Add garlic and ginger. Cook 2 minutes stirring continuously.

Add in vegetables and cook 5 minutes.

Add soy sauce and lime juice. Let simmer 5 minutes, until veggies are fully cooked.
