Ingredients

  • 1 small Napa cabbage, shredded

  • ½ small red cabbage, shredded

  • 6 green onions, sliced

  • 1 large cucumber, diced

  • ⅔ cups bean sprouts

  • ⅔ cups jicama, julienned

  • ⅔ cups fresh cilantro, torn

  • Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce

 

Optional:

  • Ideal Protein Sweet and Spicy Trail Mix 

  OR

  • 8 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded

Directions

  • Combine all vegetables and toss with Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame Sauce to taste.

  • Top with shredded chicken or Ideal Protein Sweet and Spicy Trail Mix
