Fire Grilled Chicken
Ideal Protein Phase:
•8 oz. chicken breast
•1 large lemon (one half sliced)
•8 garlic cloves
•2 tbsp capers
•salt and pepper
•Light up the grill and throw on the chicken breast. (Make sure the grill is got enough to get a good sear).
•Grill for about two minutes on each side.
•On a piece of heavy-duty tin foil, line the bottom with lemon slices and top with chicken breast and capers. Line the chicken perimeter with garlic cloves. Then, squeeze the other half of your lemon over the chicken.
•Add a pinch of salt and pepper
•Fold all the corners of your tinfoil to completely seal in chicken.
•Poke a few holes in the top of your foil pouch with a fork.
•Place on the grill and leave for about six minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 °F
•Remove from the grill and enjoy!
