Ginger Lemon Electrolyte Tonic

Ingredients

2 cups water

2 limes juiced
-
1 inch piece turmeric, grated

1 inch piece ginger, grated

3 lemons juiced

½ tsp salt

Stevia to taste
Directions

In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.

Mix in lime, grated ginger and turmeric. Reduce to a simmer and let sit 5 – 10 minutes.

Put in a ½ litre container and top with enough warm water to make a ½ litre

Mix in lemon juice and salt. Mix well until dissolved.

Add stevia to taste.
