1 package Ideal Protein Rotini

1 cucumber, diced

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

1 bell pepper pepper, diced

1 red onion, diced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tsp basil
-
1 tsp oregano
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp dijon mustard
Directions

Cook rotini according to the directions on the package

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, oregano, lemon juice and mustard.

Toss all ingredients together and serve.
