Ham and Spinach Omelet

Ingredients

1 large egg, beaten

1 oz. low fat ham, thinly sliced

½ tsp garlic, minced

½ tsp basil
-
½ cup baby spinach
-
Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions

Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat until hot.

Add garlic to pan and cook a few minutes. Pour in egg and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.

Lay ham and spinach over top and let sit a few minutes until the spinach has slightly wilted.

Remove from pan, roll and slice diagonally.
