Key Lime Tarts
Ideal Protein Phase:
•5 packets true lime flavouring
•1 packet Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding
•1 packet Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal
•1 egg white
• non-stick spray
•Dissolve one teaspoon true lime flavouring in three ounces of water.
•Add stevia to taste
•Add Ideal Protein Vanilla Pudding and mix well until smooth, no lumps. The consistency will be thicker than normal.
•Cover and refrigerate.
•Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat muffin tins with non-stick spray
•Mix Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal with the egg white and 1 ½ ounces of water to form a stiff but manageable dough.
•Moisten hands and form small balls using 2-3 tsp of dough. Place on ball of dough in each baking cup and press as thin as possible across the bottom and up the sides to form a cup.
•Bake for approximately 5 minutes. (dough will rise slightly)
•Remove from muffin tins, place upside down on the top of the tin and bake a few more minutes until golden brown.
•Cool on a wire rack.
•Stir the last packet of true lime mix into pudding mix and fill the cups.
