Marinated Steak Kabobs
Ideal Protein Phase:
•8 ounces sirloin steak cut into large chunks
•2 cups grilling vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms etc.)
•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 tsp minced rosemary
•1 tsp minced thyme
•1 tsp garlic flakes
•1 tsp onion flakes
•salt and pepper
•6 wooden skewers
•Combine oil and herbs/spices in a large bowl.
•Toss steak in marinade and let sit at least one hour.
•Place meat and vegetables on skewers and barbecue five minutes, turning once while cooking.
