Mexican Soup


  • 2lbs ground beef

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 package dry ranch dressing

  • 2-3 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 2 15oz cans chopped tomatoes

  • 2 4oz cans chopped green chillies

  • 2 cups frozen corn

  • 1 can pinto brans

  • 1 can ranch beans


  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add onions, garlic salt and cumin. Stir continuously until beef is fully cooked.

  • Add all remaining ingredients.

  • Bring to a simmer for 2 hours.
