No Bake Breakfast Bars

  • ½ cup honey

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • 3 cups Cheerios

  • 1 cup yogurt chips

  • ½ cup toasted unsalted almonds, chopped

  • ½ cup dried berries

  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper

  • Mix honey and peanut butter together in a metal bowl. Place over a pot of gently simmering water and melt.

  • In a separate bowl mix the cheerios, /2 cup of yogurt chips, almonds and cranberries.

  •  Pour in the honey and peanut butter and mix well.

  • Spread evenly in the pan and freeze 30 minutes.

  • Melt the remaining ½ cup of yogurt chips with the coconut oil.

  • Cut bars into desired size and dip the bottom into the melted yogurt. Put on a tray lined with parchment and freeze an additional 15 minutes.
