No Bake Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

½ cup honey

¼ cup peanut butter

3 cups Cheerios

1 cup yogurt chips

½ cup toasted unsalted almonds, chopped

½ cup dried berries

1 tsp coconut oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper

Mix honey and peanut butter together in a metal bowl. Place over a pot of gently simmering water and melt.

In a separate bowl mix the cheerios, /2 cup of yogurt chips, almonds and cranberries.

Pour in the honey and peanut butter and mix well.

Spread evenly in the pan and freeze 30 minutes.

Melt the remaining ½ cup of yogurt chips with the coconut oil.

Cut bars into desired size and dip the bottom into the melted yogurt. Put on a tray lined with parchment and freeze an additional 15 minutes.
