Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

•1 ideal protein oatmeal packet

•1 ideal protein butterscotch or chocolate pudding packet

•⅛ cup rolled oats

•¼ tsp sea salt

•1 tsp Splenda or Stevia

•Cinnamon

•1 tsp baking powder

•1 egg white

•1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

•Preheat oven to 325°F

•Combine dry ingredients, then add the last three liquid ingredients to reach a cookie dough texture

•Spray cookie sheet lightly with olive oil spray and place 10 cookies on the sheet

•Bake 6-9 minutes. Test centre of cookie with toothpick
