Potato Pancake Buns

Ingredients

1 Ideal Protein potato puree mix

1 Ideal Protein plain pancake mix

¼ tsp baking powder
-
¼ tsp garlic powder
-
¼ tsp onion powder
-
Pinch of salt

2 tbsp skim milk
-
½ cup water
-
1 tsp olive oil
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F
-
In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients.

Gradually add in the liquid ingredients until just combined.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil.

Divide the batter, making four pancakes.
-
Cook on to two minutes each side until browned.

Place the pancakes on a baking sheet and bake five minutes
