Protein Brownies

Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup or 3 medium overripe bananas

  • ½ cup smooth nut butter

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder or more to taste

  • 1 packet Ideal Complete Chocolate Drink Mix

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a small cake pan.

  • Over medium heat, melt your nut butter.

  • Transfer to a blender and combine with the banana, cacao powder and protein powder. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour into cake pan. Bake 20 minutes until a toothpaste inserted in the centre comes out clean.

  • Allow to cool 10-15 minutes.
