Pumpkin Pie Tarts
Ideal Protein Phase:
•1 package Ideal Protein crispy cereal
•1 package Ideal Protein maple oatmeal
•1 package Ideal Protein butterscotch pudding, prepared
•1 tbsp oil
•1 egg white
•1 whole egg
•2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
•Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray mini muffin tins.
•Mix crushed cereal, oatmeal mix, oil and egg white to form a dough.
•Wet fingers so dough doesn’t stick and press two tbsp into each muffin tin.
•Bake ten minutes
•Mix butterscotch pudding, whole egg and pumpkin spice.
•Pour into baked shells and return to oven for 20 minutes.
•Let cook to room temperature and chill 1 hour.
