Ideal Protein Phase:
•Preheat oven to 325°F
•Drizzle turkey with olive oil and rub in. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, add any other herbs or spices you like (rosemary, thyme etc.)
•Place turkey breast side up in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
•Allow to roast approximately 20 minutes per pound, until juices at leg joint run clear.
•A thermometer inserted at the thigh should show 170°F (180°F stuffed)
•Remove foil for last hour of cooking.
•Allow cooked turkey to sit 20-30 minutes before serving.
