Ideal Protein Phase:
•1 large rutabaga, peeled and cut into wedges or french fry sticks
•½ tbsp olive oil
•2 tsp dried onion flakes
•1 tsp dried garlic flakes
•sea salt and fresh ground to taste
•Preheat oven to 400°F
•Place rutabaga fries in a large bowl and toss with remaining ingredients until fully coated with seasoning.
•Spread fries on a non-stick baking sheet
•Place in oven for approximately twenty five minutes, turning once halfway.
•Remove from the oven and serve immediately
