Sesame Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 8oz chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • ½ cup Ideal Protein Oriental Sesame dressing

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger

  • Skewers

Directions

  • Marinate chicken in dressing and grated ginger for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

  • Soak skewers in water 1 hour

  • Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • For best results, grill
