Ideal Protein Phase:
•1 package Ideal Protein south west cheese curls
•1 cup celery, chopped
•¼ tsp baking powder
•4 tsp olive oil
•1 cup onions, chopped
•½ tsp poultry seasoning (MSG free)
•½ tsp paprika
•¼ tsp sea salt
•¼ cup low sodium, fat free chicken broth
•Preheat oven to 350°F
•Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté celery.
•Add the poultry seasoning, thyme, basil, garlic, paprika , salt and pepper to taste.
•Stir in the south west cheese curls until evenly coated
•Moisten with chicken broth mixing well.
•Chill, letting the south west cheese curls absorb the chicken broth.
•Bake in a pyres or casserole dish ten minutes.
