Apple Cider Vinegar and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

4 cucumbers, sliced

½ tsp sugar substitute

1 tsp fresh basil

¼ cup olive oil
-
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

½ tsp celery seed
-
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Place cucumbers in a large bowl. Pour oil and vinegar over and toss to coat before chilling, 1 hour.

Toss in remaining ingredients.
