Apple Cinnamon Pancakes


  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Apple Oatmeal

  • 2 egg whites

  • 75-100 mL water

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start with 75mL water and add more until you reach desired consistency

  • Heat a large frying pan over medium heat until a drop of water sizzles. Pour ½ of mixture into pan. Cook until the edges look dry, approximately 2 minutes. Flip and cook 2 minutes on the other side.

  • Serve with Ideal Protein Maple Syrup
