2 packets Ideal Protein Apple Flavoured Oatmeal Mix

2 eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1 packet Stevia
-
½ tsp cinnamon

½ - 1 cup grated zucchini

2 tbsp Walden Farms Apple Butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F
-
Beat eggs. Add in oatmeal, baking powder, Stevia, cinnamon and zucchini. Mix well.

Divide batter evenly into a 6 count whoopie pan. Smooth the tops and create a well in the center of each one.

Bake 10 minutes.

Let cook 10 minutes, then fill each well with 1 tsp of apple butter.
