  •  2 packets Ideal Protein Apple Flavoured Oatmeal Mix

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 packet Stevia

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ - 1 cup grated zucchini

  • 2 tbsp Walden Farms Apple Butter


  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Beat eggs. Add in oatmeal, baking powder, Stevia, cinnamon and zucchini. Mix well.

  • Divide batter evenly into a 6 count whoopie pan. Smooth the tops and create a well in the center of each one.

  • Bake 10 minutes.

  • Let cook 10 minutes, then fill each well with 1 tsp of apple butter.
