Asparagus Guacamole


  • 12 spears asparagus, cooked

  • 1 can chopped green chilies

  • ½ can jalapenos

  • ½ cup sweet onion, chopped

  • Dash nutmeg

  • 1-2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • ½ lemon squeezed

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Blend all ingredients together to desired consistency

  • Add in a few quartered cherry tomatoes to add colour

  • Serve with Ideal Protein Herb and Garlic Crisps
