4 very ripe bananas

5 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp sea salt

¾ cup coconut flour
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F
-
Mash bananas with a fork. Add eggs and whisk to combine.

Mix in salt, baking soda, vanilla extract and cinnamon.

Add coconut flour and stir to combine. If needed, thin batter slightly with coconut oil.

Pour into a lined baking dish. Bake 40 minutes.
