Buffalo Chicken Wings

Buffalo Chicken Wings


  • 8 oz. chicken, cut into strips or cubes

  • 1 Ideal Protein southwest cheese curls

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tbsp buffalo sauce


  • Preheat oven to 400°F.

  • Blend southwest cheese curls in a food processor to a fine powder

  • Dip chicken pieces in egg and then coat in cheese curl powder

  • Place on baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes

  • Toss with buffalo chicken sauce and return to oven for 10 more minutes until fully cooked.
