Burger Bites

Burger Bites


  • 1lb ground sirloin

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1.2 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 egg

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Dill pickles, sliced into rounds

  • Lettuce, chopped

  • Any other toppings you may like


  • Preheat oven to 400°F

  • Combine the ground sirloin with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and egg in a bowl.

  • Use a tablespoon to help for your mini patties. Each patty should use around a tablespoon of the mixture. Place the patties on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Give the patties a moment to cool before handling

  •  Assemble the burgers using your favourite toppings and a toothpick to hold it all together.

  • Serve with low carb dips
