Butternut Squash Mac n Cheese

1 cup roasted squash

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp tapioca starch

¾ cups milk

2 tsp Dijon

2 tsp garlic

½ tsp onion powder

2 tbsp lemon juice

2/3 tsp salt

Pepper to taste

2 cups macaroni
Directions

In a medium pot bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook to Al Dente

Add all other ingredients together in a blender and mix until smooth. Toss with macaroni.
