Cauliflower and Kohlrabi Mash


  • 1 inch head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 inch kohlrabi peeled and cut into large chunks

  • ½ cup low fat chicken or vegetable stock

  • 1 tbsp horseradish

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ¼ cup chives minced


  • Steam cauliflower and kohlrabi 8-10 minutes until tender

  • Empty water and return vegetables to pot. Mash the veggies together.

  • Add in chicken stock, horseradish, salt, pepper and chives. Mix well.
