Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri Sauce


  • 1 bunch of cilantro

  • 1 bunch of parsley

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 - 3 limes, juiced and zested

  • Hot chilies – fresh serrano chilies OR dried pepper flakes OR sweet red peppers

  • Sea salt

  • Olive oil


  • In a blender or food processor, chop the cilantro and parsley. Add the garlic, chilies, red pepper, lime juice, zest and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • Blend until the consistency of chunky tomato paste.

  • Season to taste
