Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

1 bunch of cilantro

1 bunch of parsley

3 cloves of garlic

1 - 3 limes, juiced and zested

Hot chilies – fresh serrano chilies OR dried pepper flakes OR sweet red peppers

Sea salt
-
Olive oil
Directions

In a blender or food processor, chop the cilantro and parsley. Add the garlic, chilies, red pepper, lime juice, zest and a drizzle of olive oil.

Blend until the consistency of chunky tomato paste.

Season to taste
