Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs


  • 1 Ideal Protein milk or dark chocolate pudding mix

  • 1 Ideal Protein chocolate chip pancake mix

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ⅓ cup liquid egg whites

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp walden farms peanut butter

  • 1tbsp walden farms chocolate syrup

  • 1 Ideal Protein peanut butter bar


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Cut peanut butter bar in 6 pieces. Set aside

  • In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients; stir to mix. Batter will be thick

  • Line a muffin tray with 6 muffin liners and spray lightly with cooking spray

  • Divide half the batter evenly among the 6 muffin cups. Place the peanut butter bar pieces in the centre of each cup, pressing down into the batter.

  • Distribute the remaining batter into the cups on top of the bar pieces

  • Bake 10-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
