1 Ideal Protein southwest Cheese curls

1 egg

Dash garlic salt

Dash Cajun seasoning

2 cups dill pickles, sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

In a food processor, blend southwest cheese curls to a fine powder
-
In a small bowl, beat the egg
-
Dip the pickle slices in egg, and then coat with cheese curls
-
Arrange the slices on the cookie sheet
-
Bake for 12-15 minutes
