Deep Fried Pickles


  • 1 Ideal Protein southwest Cheese curls

  • 1 egg

  • Dash garlic salt

  • Dash Cajun seasoning

  • 2 cups dill pickles, sliced


  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  • In a food processor, blend southwest cheese curls to a fine powder

  • In a small bowl, beat the egg

  • Dip the pickle slices in egg, and then coat with cheese curls

  • Arrange the slices on the cookie sheet

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes
