Easy Broccoli Soup


  • ¾ lb prosciutto

  • 4 eggs

  • 4 cups chicken stock

  • 8 cups frozen broccoli

  • 2 tsp garlic, crushed

  • 1 tsp Ideal Protein Italian Dressing

  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • Sauté prosciutto in a pan at medium high heat. Add garlic 2 minutes.

  • Add chicken stock and 4 cups of water. Cover and bring to a boil.

  • Add broccoli and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 12 minutes.

  • Stir in Italian dressing.

  • Whisk eggs and slowly pour into soup.

  • Simmer 1 minutes longer.
