Easy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

¾ lb prosciutto

4 eggs
-
4 cups chicken stock
-
8 cups frozen broccoli
-
2 tsp garlic, crushed

1 tsp Ideal Protein Italian Dressing

1 tsp olive oil
Directions

Sauté prosciutto in a pan at medium high heat. Add garlic 2 minutes.

Add chicken stock and 4 cups of water. Cover and bring to a boil.

Add broccoli and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer 12 minutes.

Stir in Italian dressing.

Whisk eggs and slowly pour into soup.

Simmer 1 minutes longer.
