Ginger Lemon Electrolyte Tonic

Ginger Lemon Electrolyte Tonic


  • 2 cups water

  • 2 limes juiced

  • 1 inch piece turmeric, grated

  • 1 inch piece ginger, grated

  • 3 lemons juiced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Stevia to taste


  • In a medium pot, bring water to a boil.

  • Mix in lime, grated ginger and turmeric. Reduce to a simmer and let sit 5 – 10 minutes.

  • Put in a ½ litre container and top with enough warm water to make a ½ litre

  • Mix in lemon juice and salt. Mix well until dissolved.

  • Add stevia to taste.
