Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed

2 lb ground turkey

½ cup red onion, finely diced

½ cup red pepper, finely diced

½ tsp oregano
-
½ tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper
Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

Form 4 patties. Chill 1 hour.

Cook on a grill until no longer pink in the middle, 4-6 minutes per side.
