Greek Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed

  • 2 lb ground turkey

  • ½ cup red onion, finely diced

  • ½ cup red pepper, finely diced

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

  • Form 4 patties.  Chill 1 hour.

  • Cook on a grill until no longer pink in the middle, 4-6 minutes per side.
