Ham and Spinach Omelet

Ham and Spinach Omelet


  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1 oz. low fat ham, thinly sliced

  • ½ tsp garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp basil

  • ½ cup baby spinach

  • Pinch of salt and pepper


  • Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat until hot.

  • Add garlic to pan and cook a few minutes. Pour in egg and sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.

  • Lay ham and spinach over top and let sit a few minutes until the spinach has slightly wilted.

  • Remove from pan, roll and slice diagonally.
