Ingredients
•1 head of Kale
•2 tbsp olive oil
•½ tsp sea salt
•½ tsp pepper
•½ tsp paprika
•½ tsp garlic
•½ tsp ginger
•½ tsp cayenne pepper
•½ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
•Preheat oven to 250°F
•Rinse kale and pat dry. Cut out rib.
•Lightly coat with olive oil and season
•Bake for 30 minutes
