  • 10 cups Roma tomatoes

  • 2 large onions, chopped

  • 1 cup jicama, peeled and chopped

  • ½ cup rutabaga, chopped

  • 5 whole cloves

  • 5 black pepper corns

  • 1 ½ tsp allspice

  • 1 tbsp sea salt

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 4 tbsp Stevia

  • 1 tbsp sage

  • ½ tbsp rosemary

  • 1 tsp cayenne


  • Combines spices in a small cheese cloth and tie with a string to form a bag

  • Process tomatoes, onions, jicama and rutabaga in a blender.

  • Pour into a pot with spice bag and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer until total volume is reduced by half.

  • Stir in sage and rosemary.

  • Add salt, vinegar, Splenda and cayenne . Bring to a boil.

  • Pour hot ketchup into jars. Let cool before closing.
