Potato Pancake Buns

Potato Pancake Buns


  • 1 Ideal Protein potato puree mix

  • 1 Ideal Protein plain pancake mix

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp skim milk

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • In a medium bowl mix together the dry ingredients.

  • Gradually add in the liquid ingredients until just combined.

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil.

  • Divide the batter, making four pancakes.

  • Cook on to two minutes each side until browned.

  • Place the pancakes on a baking sheet and bake five minutes
