S'mores Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Ideal Protein Butterscotch Pudding

  • 1 Ideal Protein Chocolate Chip Pancake

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ⅓ cup liquid egg whites

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp Walden Farms marshmallow dip

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with liners or spray with non stick cooking spray

  • In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.

  • Add liquid ingredients and stir to mix

  • Spoon batter into muffin tins.

  • Bake approximately 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
