Slow Cooker BBQ Shredded Beef

Ingredients

2 lbs beef, boneless

1 tsp sea salt

1 onion powder
-
1 tbsp paprika
-
Low carb ketchup
-
1 garlic clove, halved
-
½ tsp pepper

¼ cup apple cider vinegar
-
2 tsp sugar substitute
Directions

Add ketchup, vinegar, onion powder, paprika, sugar substitute and garlic into crock pot. Stir well to combine all ingredients

Place meat in the crock pot, seasoning with salt and pepper

Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until tender.

Shred and pull apart the meat. Mix well to combine with the sauce and incorporate all the flavours
-
Enjoy in a wrap or on top of a roasted Portobello mushroom.
