Spicy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

2 tsp paprika

1 tsp cayenne

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp thyme
-
1 tsp salt

¼ cup Greek yogurt
-
¼ tsp garlic
-
2 tbsp. lime juice
-
1 tbsp. oil
-
2 cups romaine lettuce
-
¼ cup cherry tomatoes
-
¼ cup cucumber diced
-
¼ cup red onion, sliced thin

1 avocado diced
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F
-
Mix together paprika, cayenne, garlic, oregano, thyme and salt. Reserve 1 ½ tsp.

Coat chicken in spice mix. Sear 2 minutes each side. Place in oven and cook 15-20 minutes. Let cool and slice thin.

Combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lime juice, oil and reserved seasoning.

Toss together lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, chicken and salad dressing.
