Tabbouleh Salad

Tabbouleh Salad


  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 5 medium mushrooms

  • 3 small dill pickles

  • 1 celery stalk

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 ¼ cup diced red onion

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp horseradish mustard

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • Pinch of chives

  • Chopped basil to taste

  • Sea salt to taste


  • Dice or coarsely chop all the ingredients and put them in a mixing bowl. Add mustard, vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Mix all ingredients together.
