Maria is a busy wife and mom who is passionate about health and wellness. When Maria is not driving her 2 teenage daughters to their activities, she spends her time practicing yoga and binge watching her favourite shows on Netflix 😊.

 

Having gone through her own health challenges Maria understands how the decision to put yourself first can have a positive impact your life and the life of your family.  Maria started Ideal Protein back in 2015 because she wanted to jump start her journey to a healthier life and knew that achieving her ideal weight was key. Maria lost 30 lbs and continues to use the Ideal Protein plan to maintain her weight and live her best life.
