2023 New Year Challenge: #75Hard

The start of a new year is always a great time to reflect on the accomplishments of the previous year and set goals for the new year. At Advanced Vitality we know how difficult it can be to stick to those New Year's Resolutions so we like to join forces and do it together!

This time last year the team at Advanced Vitality took on their first ever #75HardChallenge and it was an awesome experience. So we decided to do it again for 2023 but we want YOU to join us - because lets face it, doing something together is so much more motivational.

So what is the 75 Hard Challenge anyways?

This program designed by Andy Frisella is "a transformative mental toughness program that can be scaled for ANYONE."

"This is a program that can change your life ... starting from the inside. Are there physical changes? Yes! But trust me when I say the physical changes you see on the outside are a FRACTION of the results you can earn by completing 75 HARD."

It takes confidence.

It takes grit.

It takes belief in yourself.

It takes fortitude.

It takes endurance.

It takes perseverance.

It takes a willingness to win.

These are NOT traits you are born with ...

These are skills you can develop ... IF you choose to commit to making changes & following through on what you say.

So here's the challenge:


  1. Follow a diet. This can be the diet of your choice, but it must be a structured plan designed with a physical improvement in mind.

  2. You must complete two 45-minute workouts. One of those workouts MUST be outdoors.

  3. Absolutely NO alcohol or cheat meals.

  4. Take a progress picture every day.

  5. Drink 1 gallon of water. (3.78L)

  6. Read 10 pages of a book. **Audiobooks DO NOT COUNT.



You have until you go to sleep to complete the day.

If you fail, you MUST start over on Day 1.

The thing with this challenge is that there is a world wide following of people who will help you started AND stay motivated (and if you follow along with the AV team, we will keep you motivated too!) so you'll have a whole slew of people cheering you on each step of the way!
